WHAT IS A REALTOR®?:
After passing a real estate exam, a person can become licensed to sell real estate. In order to become a REALTOR®, the licensee has to pledge to hold themselves to a higher standard of professionalism and to abide by the Code of Ethics set forth by the National Association of REALTORS® upon joining a REALTOR® association.
A real estate agent can call themselves a REALTOR® when he or she becomes a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. Members belong to one or more of the 1,700 associations/boards and 54 state and territory associations of REALTORS® and can join one of our many institutes, societies, and councils. Source
HOW DO I BECOME A GSSBR MEMBER?:
If you are interested in becoming a member of GSSBR, please view our Join GSSBR page and print out the applicable instructions and application. Before you complete the application, please make sure your real estate office is a member of GSSBR. Agents cannot become members of GSSBR without their office being a member. Completed applications can be mailed to GSSBR at 50 Nashua Road, Suite 105 Londonderry, NH 03053 or faxed to (603) 893-5655.
HOW CAN MY OFFICE BECOME A GSSBR MEMBER?:
If you're a broker and would like your office to become a member of GSSBR, please view our Join GSSBR page and print out the REALTOR® Office application and instructions. Completed applications can be mailed to GSSBR at 50 Nashua Road, Suite 105 Londonderry, NH 03053 or faxed to (603) 893-5655.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR AN EVENT?:
To sign up for an event, click on the Event Calendar and click the event. Click "Register for this event." If you have not already logged in, you will be asked to log in. You must be a member of the website in order to register for events. If you are not a GSSBR, fill out the New Visitor Registration, then go back and register for the event.
Note: If the website does not allow you to register for an event, it is likely because there is no registration necessary for that event. If the event description notes that registration is required, but the website does not allow it, please e-mail membership@gssbr.org or call (603) 893-5655.
I'M NOT A GSSBR MEMBER. CAN I STILL LOG IN?:
Yes, a non-GSSBR member can log in by clicking on the Login button. On the Login page, there is a New Visitor Registration link. Click that link and follow the instructions. You will set up a permanent account for you to use every time you need to log in to our website.
HOW CAN I SEND OUT A FLYER SIMILAR TO THE FLYERS I RECEIVE IN MY E-MAIL FROM GSSBR?:

HOW DO I FIND OUT INFORMATION ABOUT CLASSES AT GSSBR?
If you're looking for information on the types of classes that we offer at GSSBR, click on the Classes image below or on our Home page. If you're looking for a schedule of classes or to register for a class, click on the Events Calendar and scroll down to find the class. Some classes require registration, but not through GSSBR, so be sure to read the Event Descriptions. We also offer Online Education.
